• The hotel does not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries beyond the control of the hotel.
• No person who does not present an identity card is allowed to enter the facility.
• The custody of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of our guests. “Azka Hotel” does not accept any responsibility in case of loss or theft of our guests’ personal belongings.
• Children should never be left alone on the balcony and should not climb on the furniture in the room.
  The hotel management reserves the right to terminate the service in cases of excessive alcohol consumption, etc., which may adversely affect the health and safety of our guests.
